Kim Kromm - Kim is our friendly receptionist and has been with us since 1998.  In July 2002, Kim successfully completed the Optometric Assistant training program.  She takes great pride in providing personalized customer service.

Maria Crecco - Maria joined our team in 2003 with numerous years of administrative experience.  Maria’s bubbly personality will welcome you as she coordinates patient services and special projects.

Jacky Beriault –Jacky became part of the Health Plus team in 2006.  Coming from a sales and marketing background, her contribution to patient services in our pretest department has been remarkable. Jacky is enrolled in the 2007 - 2008 Optometric Assistants training program.

Natalie Fedchun - Natalie joined the Health Plus team in 2007, coming from a retail management background.  She is able to utilize her strong customer service skills in the area of pretest. Natalie is enrolled in the 2007 - 2008 Optometric Assistants training program.

Jared Decker –Jared is our weekend pretester. He is currently studying sciences at the University of Calgary and working towards a degree in Optometry.

Colleen Van Dam - Colleen is our office manager and licensed optician who joined us in 2001.  With over 20 years of experience in the optical field, she specializes in low vision appliances, problem solving and unique eyewear challenges.

Shelley Hunt – Shelley joined our team in February 2005.  She has over five years of experience working in the optometric field.  She is a Certified Optometric Assistant and can easily assist you in finding frames and lenses to meet your optical needs. Shelley is looking forward to becoming a licenced optician once she graduates in 2009.

Melissa Jonkhout –Melissa found us in 2006 with optometry experience.  Pretest has been her specialty for over  two years and is now cross training in the dispensary. Melissa is enrolled in the 2007 -  2008 Optometric Assistants training program.

Shari Brown –Shari is a licensed optician and contact lens fitter with over 10 years experience.  She joined our  team in 2007 coming from optical chains and even a family owned optical business. 

Eve Niedergesaess –Eve works part time as she studies at the University of Calgary to become an Optometrist. She is cross-trained in all areas in our office, but primarily helps patients with glasses.

Joanne Kuyltjes - Joanne started with us in 1999. As the head of our contact lens department, Joanne works closely with the doctors to keep the contact lens department running smoothly.  She is also responsible for many administrative tasks that keep our practice running smoothly.

Vi Lorenz - Vi is responsible for all our patient recalls.  She helps ensure that you don’t miss when you are due for your next eye exam.

Kerry Hall - We are pleased to have Kerry running our lab.  With over 22 years of lab experience, Kerry joined us with an excellent reputation in providing superior quality finished prescription glasses.  She will ensure that our on-site edging lab allows us to provide precision eyewear, even on the same day in many cases.  However, she never sacrifices accuracy and quality for speed.

Debbie Schneider - Debbie has been assisting Kerry in our lens crafting lab part-time since 2001, so that your high quality eye wear is completed quickly.  Her keen attention to detail and great sense of humor is greatly appreciated by our staff.
